Very good staff and drinks, the hotel itself was fairly clean. The room was clean with 2 full size beds, I felt comfortable there.

Also, location was favourable, just 5 minutes walk from Wright Brothers National Memorial. There was a good restaurant relatively close to the hotel. We were given impeccably clean room with a kitchenette, the bathroom plus a balcony. Lots of food available in the bar.

The room could of been cleaner. It was also located beneath the stairway so we listen to footsteps all the time.

Staff was courteous and friendly, and the location was just great--right in the middle of everything without being noisy. The room was bright and cheerful. Though the breakfast was always the same, it was consistent and appreciated.

Just wish I had had better idea of when the maid service was coming each day. I realize it depended on check-ins and check-outs, but it was never the same. I needed to shower at 2 p.m. to go out after being at the beach one day. I put the "do not disturb" sign on the door for about 45 minutes and removed it as soon as I left, thinking they would check before being done for the day. They were obviously still working when we left. I wish I had said something to draw attention to it, but bottom line--the room was not cleaned that day. Not a big deal in the scheme of things, but it would have been nice to have some consistency of expectation.

Nice location. Short walk to the beach. Breakfast very good. Coffee service very good.

Room was very small! Housekeeping didn't come with towels and cleaning until nearly 5 pm after first night. Desk said there was a power failure. I can see no reason why one can't smoke in the chairs OUTSIDE on balconies.

Room service was poor.left our room at 9:00AM, returned at 4:00PM and found no room service. Asked to get service and at 5:30 had to ask again. Staff could also have better ideas on local sights.

The wait to get to our room was horrible. We asked for early check in and got a late one.

The comforter was smelly and it had a stain on like red, also the furniture looked like it hasn't been clean from the last people that stay in.

The room I thought I was booking, based on the photo, had two beds. The room I got had one bed and the mattress must have been pre WW1. Very uncomfortable. The bathroom was too small.

We enjoyed the standard complimentary breakfast with decent variety each morning. The staff was attentive.

Steps were a little steep for this 62 year old.

The location was perfect, only 100 meter to sea and the beach. The room was very clean and good king size beds.

You need to drive to find good restaurangs. The recommendation from staff was very good (The)Black Pelican.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach where we could easily hang wet beach clothes. The room was bright and clean. Plus, the staff was really friendly, and we loved the great breakfasts every morning with a refreshing lemonade in the lobby. It was a pleasant experience!
